Moon Cakes


Ingredients:

1 cup cake flour

3 tsp. oil

5 tbsp. syrup

Pinch of salt

1/2 tsp. Alkaline water

1/4 cup egg, beaten

filling

 

Instructions:

  1. Mix all ingredients
  2. Fill into spheres
  3. Mold in moon cake molds
  4. Bake at 395 degrees Fahrenheit for 5 minutes
  5. Brush egg onto cake
  6. Bake again at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 10 minutes or to golden yellow
