Sponge Cupcake

Ingredients:
  • 7 eggs
  • 2/3 cup cake flour(sifted)
  • 1/3 cup cornstarch(sifted)
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 6 tsp. butter(melted)
Instructions:
  1. separate egg whites from yolks.
  2. mix egg whites and sugar until fluffy
  3. stir in yolk
  4. stir in cake flour and cornstarch
  5. stir in butter
  6. bake at 350 degrees F for 20 min.
  7. makes 18 cupcakes
