1. Pasta( you can use Angel Hair, Spghetti or linguine. NOTE: linguine takes a little longer to cook)
2. Tomato sauce
3. Water
4. Parmesan(optional)

1. Boil water
2. When the water is boiled and is still bubbling, add pasta
3. When pasta is to your expectation, drain and set aside
4. Boil sauce
5. When sauce is boiled, combine sauce with pasta
6. Serve hot with Parmesan on top.
7. Enjoy!

Bin kat komics!

These are pictures of the new comics my son and daughter are making. In the first picture, you meet bin kat. Both pictures may be hard to read but you can use zoom.

  • 10 lady fingers
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 2 tbsp. Amaretto di Amore(coffee alcohol)
  • 1/2 cup coffee



  1. Separate egg whites from egg yolks
  2. Mix egg whites with 1/6 cup sugar. Set aside
  3. Mix egg yolks, mascarpone cheese, coffee alcohol and the rest of the sugar
  4. Fold in first mixture of egg whites and sugar with the mixture made in the last step. Set aside
  5. Brush coffee onto lady fingers
  6. Layer the mixture made in step 4 with lady fingers. Be sure to put lady fingers on the bottom.

Sponge Cake


  • 5/3 cup all purpose flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 1/3 cup oil
  • 2/3 cup water
  • 6 egg yolks separate from whites
  • 6 egg whites separate from yolks
  • 2 tsp. vanilla



  1. Mix 1/2 cup of sugar with all egg whites. Beat until stiff. Set aside
  2. Mix rest of ingredients until smooth
  3. Knead first mixture of egg whites and sugar into second mixture
  4. Bake at 300 degrees Fahrenheit for 30 minutes



  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons white sugar
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil



  1. In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Make a well in the center, and pour in milk, egg and oil. Mix until smooth.
  2. Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium high heat. Pour or scoop the batter onto the griddle, using approximately 1/4 cup for each pancake. Brown on both sides and serve hot.

Flaky Crust


  • 1/2 cup Cake flour
  • 1/2 cup Oil
  • 2 cup all purpose flour
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1/2 oil



  1. Combine cake flour and oil
  2. Combine all purpose flour, water and oil
  3. Layer first mixture of cake flour and oil on top of second mixture of all purpose flour, water and oil


Moon Cakes


1 cup cake flour

3 tsp. oil

5 tbsp. syrup

Pinch of salt

1/2 tsp. Alkaline water

1/4 cup egg, beaten




  1. Mix all ingredients
  2. Fill into spheres
  3. Mold in moon cake molds
  4. Bake at 395 degrees Fahrenheit for 5 minutes
  5. Brush egg onto cake
  6. Bake again at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 10 minutes or to golden yellow
