Ingredients
- 5/3 cup all purpose flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1/3 cup oil
- 2/3 cup water
- 6 egg yolks separate from whites
- 6 egg whites separate from yolks
- 2 tsp. vanilla
Instructions
- Mix 1/2 cup of sugar with all egg whites. Beat until stiff. Set aside
- Mix rest of ingredients until smooth
- Knead first mixture of egg whites and sugar into second mixture
- Bake at 300 degrees Fahrenheit for 30 minutes
