Tiramisu

Ingredients

• 10 lady fingers
• 3 eggs
• 1/3 cup sugar
• 2 tbsp. Amaretto di Amore(coffee alcohol)
• 1/2 cup coffee

 

Instructions

1. Separate egg whites from egg yolks
2. Mix egg whites with 1/6 cup sugar. Set aside
3. Mix egg yolks, mascarpone cheese, coffee alcohol and the rest of the sugar
4. Fold in first mixture of egg whites and sugar with the mixture made in the last step. Set aside
5. Brush coffee onto lady fingers
6. Layer the mixture made in step 4 with lady fingers. Be sure to put lady fingers on the bottom.
