Sponge Cupcake

Ingredients:
  • 7 eggs
  • 2/3 cup cake flour(sifted)
  • 1/3 cup cornstarch(sifted)
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 6 tsp. butter(melted)
Instructions:
  1. separate egg whites from yolks.
  2. mix egg whites and sugar until fluffy
  3. stir in yolk
  4. stir in cake flour and cornstarch
  5. stir in butter
  6. bake at 350 degrees F for 20 min.
  7. makes 18 cupcakes

Chinese Macaroons

This is the recipe for chinese macarooons

ingrediants:

   for dough 1:

  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1 1/2 cup cake flour
  for dough 2:

  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 2 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup water
  filling:

  • anything you want!
Instructions


  1. mix all ingrediants for dough 1 in a bowl
  2. mix all ingrediants for dough2 in a bowl
  3. split both doughs into 12-16 dough balls
  4. put dough 2 balls into dough 1 ballsto create an even bigger dough ball.
  5. roll the dough balls flat and roll them up and do it again from another side.
  6. bake at 400 degrees fairenheit
